About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic MBA student with an interest in HR, technology, and the future of work. This internship is all about exploring how technology can make HR smarter, faster, and more people friendly. You’ll research trends, tools, and best practices from around the world and help us figure out how IDAB can bring those ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Research the latest HR technology solutions, platforms, and trends.
• Study how HR tech is being adopted in India and globally.
• Analyse competitors and industry leaders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for the IDAB leadership team.
• Support brainstorming sessions on how these insights can be applied to our products and services.

Who We’re Looking For:

• MBA student (preferably HR, Business, or related specialization) from Luthra College, Surat.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable with both online research and talking to people.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Passionate about HR innovation and digital transformation.

What IDAB Hopes to Achieve from this Internship:

• We’re expecting this internship to give us a fresh, research-backed view of the HR tech landscape — especially in the context of India. The outcome we’re looking for is:
• A clear report on current HR tech trends and adoption patterns.
• Insights on opportunities for IDAB to innovate and differentiate in the market.
• Practical recommendations we can use to shape our strategy.
• A fresh student perspective on how future HR professionals will expect technology to work for them.
