Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Intern at iDAB. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in developing marketing strategies, providing customer service, and Onboarding users. This role is located in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in HR Management and policy implementation
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration
• Understanding of Personnel Management processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
